  1. Since we're maybe entering a possible recession, what should happen if oil becomes second nature when solar, wind etc are becoming more dominant? Do you think Alberta was doomed from the start by putting soo much faith into oil?

    1. Most definitely! There are tons of natural resources that could be used and be much more efficient because they can naturally replenish themselves. Instead we use oil/ crude oil and unfortunately once its gone its gone. Its a shame.

  2. Since our housing market has declined, do you think its great time to buy or do you think the prices will decrease some more or perhaps stay at a steady rate?

    1. Personally, I don't believe its a great time to buy. Mainly because housing prices are still pretty high. The best thing to do is to wait it out because prices will continue to drop.

  6. Why do you think housing market is related to oil and gas price ? Would this time be perfect to buy a house or no ?

  7. A friend of ours is a Realtor and he says the market is very slow right now. In Alberta, lower oil prices have affected jobs for many and they would probably like to sell, but you are right...the people selling still have high prices on their homes and the people buying want to wait until the prices come down.
